The conditions imposed are:

• Only one (1) unit per model of equipment can be applied for.
• The applicant must be an individual (not a company) who is working, studying, or residing abroad, and the equipment is for residential use only.
• Only electrical items that have already been used by the applicant are allowed, and the electrical items must be certified safe for residential use in Malaysia.
